Decent Work for Youth Project Evaluation - SRDC

Decent Work for Youth Project Evaluation

Led by the National Association of Friendship Centres, the goal of the Decent Work for Youth (DWFY) project is to build the skills of and develop networks among urban Indigenous youth through leadership training. The evaluation has two key objectives:

  1. Identify from the perspective of the youth participants and trainers what worked well, what could be improved, and what skills/knowledge was gained related to the youth leadership program as learned through the train-the-trainer workshop and the youth leadership training; and
  2. Synthesize the work from all components of the DWFY project to summarize the project as a whole, identify key learnings, and assess the project based on key performance indicators.
