SRDC is conducting a comprehensive and participatory evaluation of Futureworx’s forthcoming Youthworx program, supported through Employment and Social Development Canada’s Youth Employment and Skills Strategy. Drawing on developmental and participatory approaches, this evaluation aims to meaningfully engage local stakeholders and youth to support program design and development, implement evaluation methods that prioritize youth voices while supporting organizational learning, and document and report on program delivery and outcomes.
