Post-Secondary Access and Retention (PAR) – Report on the Data-Readiness of Par Programs for Under-Represented Groups

This report presents the findings of the two-part study. The first section provides a synopsis of the international literature in this area and proposes an analytical framework for categorizing access and retention strategies.

In the second section, findings from site visits at partner institutions and key informant interviews are presented, with an assessment of the data available to PSE institutions for developing, implementing and evaluating access and retention programs for under-represented students
