The Social Research and Demonstration Corporation is pleased to announce the Pay-for-Performance in Manufacturing project, launched today with our partner Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium.
This project builds on the success of the workplace-based Manufacturing Essentials Certification program with an innovative funding model to encourage industry participation and investment in Essential Skills training.

The two-year project is one of 30 projects supported by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre as part of a $37-million investment to help employers meet skills gaps and workers gain in-demand skills.
