Le Bureau des affaires professorales (BAP) de l’École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) called on the services of SRDC to produce a portrait of the issues in family–work balance (FWB) within the faculty at ÉTS. To do this, SRDC will first carry out a document and literature review of FWB issues and existing good practices in academia. Subsequently, SRDC will carry out a specific diagnosis for ÉTS faculty to understand and analyze their experiences, their needs and the consequences of FWB issues, and identify their priorities and proposed solutions. This project aims to identify strategic measures and actions specific to the ÉTS context.
