Le Vice-rectorat à la réconciliation et au développement international et partenarial (VRRIP) de l’Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT) calls on the services of SRDC to produce a portrait of the state of equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI) for the entire UQAT population, including the faculty staff, all the staff, and the student population. To do this, SRDC will carry out a specific diagnosis for the entire institution while taking into account the particularities of each of the seven centres and campuses and for each of the ten departments to better document the realities of people from the six designated groups at UQAT, namely Indigenous people, women, racialized people, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. This project will thus aim to identify the obstacles to inclusion that people from designated groups may encounter at UQAT.
