CarriElles Santé: Market Research and External Evaluation
CarriElles Santé is a program implemented by the Société économique de l’Ontario (SÉO) to support French-speaking internationally trained health professionals (IEHPs). The program is targeted to women and is implemented in Ontario and, in collaboration with the Société de développement économique de la Colombie-Britannique (SDECB), in British Columbia. The project aims to support 250 clients in both provinces over a three-year period. The objectives of the project are to reduce barriers to foreign credential recognition and to provide IEHPs with Canadian work experience in their field. SRDC is the project’s research and evaluation partner. We are responsible for a market study that will inform the project, as well as for the external evaluation of the project.
