Earnings Supplement Project (ESP) – A Financial Incentive to Encourage Employment Among Repeat Users of Employment Insurance
This report presents findings on the impacts of the Earnings Supplement Project (ESP) for repeat users of Employment Insurance (EI). It reviews the design and implementation of the study, and it describes ESP’s effects on the amount and duration of EI benefits received by a group of frequent EI beneficiaries.
