Lessons Learned From The Earnings Supplement Project
SRDC president, Jean-Pierre Voyer, participated in an expert roundtable on future policy directions for displaced workers, organized by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) in Ottawa. In his presentation, he discussed lessons learned from the Earnings Supplementation Project, a demonstration project that tested a financial incentive encouraging displaced workers to return to work more quickly.
