<p>This project is within IRCC’s mandate with regard to the Roadmap for Canada&#8217;s Official Languages 2013-2018: Education, Immigration, Communities. IRCC has a mandate to encourage francophone immigration into Francophone Minority Communities (FMCs)</p>
