Le projet pilote Chemins de carri\u00e8re pour les femmes nouvellement arriv\u00e9es racis\u00e9es, initialement un projet pilote national de trois ans qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;en 2022-2023, qui teste une programmation d&#8217;emploi am\u00e9lior\u00e9e pour les femmes nouvellement arriv\u00e9es qui s&rsquo;identifient comme racis\u00e9es, fait partie des trois flux de financement de cette initiative. La Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC) a re\u00e7u des fonds d&rsquo;Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada (IRCC) pour concevoir, mettre en \u0153uvre et \u00e9valuer le CPRNW.<\/p>\n<h3>LE PROJET PILOTE CPRNW<\/h3>\n<p>Avant son extension, le projet pilote impliquait huit organisations prestataires de services \u00e0 travers le Canada, mettant en \u0153uvre 11 interventions bas\u00e9es sur quatre mod\u00e8les de prestation de services. L&rsquo;objectif global de chaque mod\u00e8le est de soutenir les femmes nouvellement arriv\u00e9es racis\u00e9es dans leur int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie sur le march\u00e9 du travail canadien. Les mod\u00e8les diff\u00e8rent par leur population cible (par exemple, femmes avec diff\u00e9rents niveaux de comp\u00e9tences\/langues et diff\u00e9rentes distances initiales du march\u00e9 du travail) ainsi que par les activit\u00e9s du programme impliqu\u00e9es.
