Le projet, financ\u00e9 par Normes d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 Canada, vise \u00e0 faire progresser et \u00e0 orienter la recherche qui aidera l\u2019organisme \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des normes d\u2019emploi visant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un Canada sans obstacle en vertu de la Loi canadienne sur l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 (LCA) de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la Loi canadienne sur l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la participation pleine et \u00e9gale de tous les membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, y compris les personnes en situation de handicap, par l\u2019identification, l\u2019\u00e9limination et la pr\u00e9vention des obstacles dans les domaines relevant de la comp\u00e9tence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, afin de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un Canada sans obstacle d\u2019ici 2040.<\/p>\n<p>La loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un vaste processus de consultation publique au cours duquel les parties prenantes ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019offrir les m\u00eames possibilit\u00e9s aux personnes en situation de handicap partout au pays, tout en faisant preuve d\u2019ambition et d\u2019audace pour que les Canadiens en situation de handicap ne soient exclus d\u2019aucune sph\u00e8re de la vie.<br \/>\nElle vise \u00e0 identifier, \u00e0 supprimer et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les obstacles dans divers domaines, notamment celui de l\u2019emploi, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 comme le domaine le plus important pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 lors des consultations publiques (EDSC, 2017).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0R<em class=\"both\">apport int\u00e9rimaire <\/em>disponible en anglais seulement.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11950,"template":"","capabilities":[264],"populations":[281],"publication_types":[291,335,336],"publication_themes":[],"policy_area":[293,295,313,323,324],"class_list":["post-5826","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","capabilities-recherches-en-matiere-de-politique","populations-personnes-handicapees","publication_types-rapport-final","publication_types-sommaire","publication_types-rapport","policy_area-apprentissage-des-adultes","policy_area-emploi","policy_area-alphabetisation-et-competences-essentielles","policy_area-diversite-et-inclusion-en-milieu-de-travail","policy_area-integration-des-personnes-handicapees-au-marche-du-travail"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
