Un premier pas vers cet objectif consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9tendue des am\u00e9liorations possibles au contenu des ressources du projet TSD\u00c9S \u2014 et \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 la prestation connexes \u2014 en fonction des plus r\u00e9centes connaissances des programmes universels d\u2019ASE en milieu scolaire.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re analyse documentaire de la SRSA a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2013 (Smith Fowler et Lebel, 2013). \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, nous avons examin\u00e9 la documentation sur les cadres conceptuels pour la sant\u00e9 mentale des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les donn\u00e9es probantes sur les r\u00e9sultats et les principaux facteurs de r\u00e9ussite de la mise en \u0153uvre. Nous avons \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 une analyse cibl\u00e9e de l\u2019environnement des ressources et des programmes actuels de promotion de la sant\u00e9 mentale des \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans le but de trouver un candidat prometteur qui servira de base \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de programmes futurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Transitions saines, cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le Centre hospitalier pour enfants de l\u2019est de l\u2019Ontario et le R\u00e9seau de sant\u00e9 des enfants et adolescents de l\u2019est de l\u2019Ontario, a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, car il visait \u00e0 soutenir les jeunes lors des transitions (dans ce cas, vers l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire) et \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un ensemble complet de comp\u00e9tences d\u2019apprentissage socioaffectif favorisant une sant\u00e9 mentale positive.
