Elles reconnaissent l\u2019ambivalence que les clients peuvent avoir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019adoption de comportements de recherche d\u2019emploi et tentent de modifier leurs motivations afin qu\u2019ils soient plus enclins \u00e0 donner suite \u00e0 leurs projets d\u2019emploi. Habituellement, dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ces projets, les clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de l\u2019aide au revenu interagissent avec diff\u00e9rents intervenants \u00e0 leur bureau d\u2019aide au revenu ainsi que dans les centres de services d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019essai les EM dans le cadre de la prestation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de services aux clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de l\u2019aide au revenu (AR), le projet visait \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les EM dans les interactions avec les clients dans les deux contextes. Cela s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, mais les efforts du projet visant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les EM dans les deux contextes d\u2019interaction avec les clients ont permis de garantir que les r\u00e9sultats du projet s\u2019appliqueraient \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre dans des contextes r\u00e9els. Le projet a adopt\u00e9 un plan exp\u00e9rimental randomis\u00e9 afin de garantir qu\u2019un sc\u00e9nario contre-factuel valide serait mesur\u00e9\u00a0: les r\u00e9sultats des clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019EM pourraient \u00eatre compar\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux des clients qui n\u2019en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas, fournissant ainsi un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de certitude que le traitement plut\u00f4t que les diff\u00e9rences pr\u00e9existantes entre ces deux groupes expliquent les diff\u00e9rences observ\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9sultats ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n<p>Un \u00e9chantillon de 155\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de l\u2019AR de longue dur\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9parti au hasard soit (a)\u00a0dans un groupe du volet EM, dont les intervenants (professionnels de l\u2019emploi et de l\u2019assistance des bureaux d\u2019aide au revenu responsables des projets d\u2019emploi des clients, et gestionnaires de cas des centres de services d\u2019emploi) seraient form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des EM, soit (b)\u00a0dans un groupe t\u00e9moin du volet non-EM, dont les intervenants ne seraient pas form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des EM. \u00c0 tous les autres \u00e9gards, les deux groupes \u00e9taient en moyenne statistiquement identiques, bien que les gestionnaires de cas eux-m\u00eames ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre affect\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire aux clients.
