Rapport final"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pourquoi certaines personnes handicap\u00e9es ayant une capacit\u00e9 de travail intermittente continuent-elles de travailler, tandis que d\u2019autres pr\u00e9sentant une incapacit\u00e9 similaire se d\u00e9couragent et quittent la population active? La SRSA a r\u00e9cemment men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien une \u00e9tude qui avait pour objectif de d\u00e9terminer les conditions, les services de soutien et les pratiques des employeurs qui favorisent la participation au march\u00e9 du travail. Elle \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur les exp\u00e9riences des personnes handicap\u00e9es ayant une capacit\u00e9 de travail intermittente en Ontario, qui ne sont pas en mesure de travailler \u00e0 temps plein et qui poss\u00e8dent une certaine exp\u00e9rience professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9l\u00e9ments probants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillis en trois volets compl\u00e9mentaires : des analyses documentaires; des groupes de discussion et des entrevues aupr\u00e8s de personnes appel\u00e9es \u00e0 s\u2019occuper des questions d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 et d\u2019emploi, telles que les d\u00e9cideurs, les fournisseurs de services et les groupes d\u2019intervenants communautaires ainsi qu\u2019aupr\u00e8s de personnes handicap\u00e9es de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions de l\u2019Ontario; et enfin, l\u2019engagement d\u2019organismes communautaires pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude a permis de constater que la probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019occuper un emploi prolong\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme est directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 trois principaux facteurs :<\/p>\n<p>1) le degr\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le que les personnes handicap\u00e9es exercent sur la divulgation de leur invalidit\u00e9;<\/p>\n<p>2) la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer un emploi; et<\/p>\n<p>3) la mise en place de mesures d\u2019adaptation appropri\u00e9es dans leur milieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Rapports disponible en anglais seulement.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":12363,"template":"","capabilities":[264],"populations":[281],"publication_types":[335,336],"publication_themes":[],"policy_area":[295,314,324],"class_list":["post-5704","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","capabilities-recherches-en-matiere-de-politique","populations-personnes-handicapees","publication_types-sommaire","publication_types-rapport","policy_area-emploi","policy_area-services-de-soutien-a-lemploi","policy_area-integration-des-personnes-handicapees-au-marche-du-travail"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Travail intermittent \u2013 Perspectives des employ\u00e9s sur la capacit\u00e9 de travail intermittent\u00a0: ce que la recherche qualitative peut nous dire en Ontario?
