Le but du PCC visait \u00e0 examiner si cette approche pourrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour aider les ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e \u00e0 trouver du travail ou \u00e0 devenir plus autosuffisants. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9valuation sugg\u00e8rent que, pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats sur l&#8217;emploi avec des personnes faisant face \u00e0 des obstacles multiples et complexes, on doit traiter les enjeux sous-jacents et s&rsquo;assurer de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de base des individus. Lorsque l&rsquo;on traitait ou g\u00e9rait les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, de logement ou autres probl\u00e8mes connexes des clients, ceux-ci devaient poss\u00e9der les habilet\u00e9s d&rsquo;adaptation n\u00e9cessaires pour leur permettre de ma\u00eetriser les d\u00e9fis de la vie quotidienne. Ces r\u00e9sultats sont indicatifs, plut\u00f4t que conclusifs, en partie \u00e0 cause du nombre restreint de personnes qui ont trouv\u00e9 un emploi et en raison de probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, limitant ainsi les analyses.
