L&rsquo;objectif principal de ce projet est de produire un document d\u00e9crivant les principes cl\u00e9s et les pratiques \u00e9mergentes pour guider la mise en \u0153uvre de <em>Comp\u00e9tences pour r\u00e9ussir<\/em>, refl\u00e9tant l&rsquo;engagement du gouvernement du Canada \u00e0 cr\u00e9er et \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour des programmes de formation, des ressources et du mat\u00e9riel d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, \u00e0 faciliter la participation \u00e0 la formation des groupes vuln\u00e9rables et \u00e0 renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des intervenants qui servent ces populations.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport fournit un ensemble de principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et de pratiques \u00e9mergentes pour \u00e9clairer la conception, l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration, la prestation et l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des programmes de formation de\u00a0<em>Comp\u00e9tences pour r\u00e9ussir<\/em>\u00a0qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins des apprenants et de l&rsquo;industrie. Il d\u00e9crit les r\u00f4les sp\u00e9cifiques que les intervenants cl\u00e9s, tels que les organismes de formation, les formateurs, les employeurs, les membres de la communaut\u00e9 et les bailleurs de fonds, peuvent jouer pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation, l&rsquo;engagement des apprenants, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences et l&rsquo;application en milieu de travail des comp\u00e9tences nouvellement acquises.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport a \u00e9t\u00e9 produit en collaboration avec un comit\u00e9 consultatif d&rsquo;experts repr\u00e9sentant des organismes de formation et des organisations sectorielles de partout au Canada, chacun d&rsquo;entre eux ayant donn\u00e9 acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de vastes r\u00e9seaux de praticiens de la formation et d&#8217;employeurs pour obtenir des commentaires suppl\u00e9mentaires.
