De nombreux \u00e9tudiant(e)s s\u2019orientent vers l\u2019EPS imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 leurs \u00e9tudes secondaires, tandis que d\u2019autres prennent quelques ann\u00e9es de pause pour travailler ou voyager. Les \u00e9tudiant(e)s adultes int\u00e8grent les nouveaux programmes d\u2019EPS avec un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019exp\u00e9riences ant\u00e9rieures, acquises soit au cours de leurs ann\u00e9es de vie active ou pendant des p\u00e9riodes de ch\u00f4mage. Les exp\u00e9riences ant\u00e9rieures des \u00e9tudiant(e)s influencent le choix des programmes et des champs d\u2019\u00e9tudes qu\u2019ils poursuivent, leur d\u00e9cision de changer de programme ou d\u2019\u00e9tablissement (et la mani\u00e8re dont ils le font), ainsi que leur parcours \u00e9ducatif ult\u00e9rieur et leurs r\u00e9sultats sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, on d\u00e9termine l\u2019ordre chronologique du parcours \u00e9ducatif et professionnel des \u00e9tudiant(e)s afin de mieux comprendre les sch\u00e9mas de mobilit\u00e9 et leur lien avec divers r\u00e9sultats scolaires et professionnels. Cette \u00e9tude utilise des donn\u00e9es administratives li\u00e9es pour suivre des cohortes d\u2019\u00e9tudiant(e)s d\u00e8s leur entr\u00e9e dans un programme d\u2019EPS, afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer la mesure dans laquelle leur niveau de mobilit\u00e9 \u2013 tant avant le d\u00e9but de leurs \u00e9tudes que pendant leur parcours scolaire \u2013 est li\u00e9 \u00e0 ces r\u00e9sultats. Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du mandat de l\u2019ONCAT, qui consiste \u00e0 soutenir la mobilit\u00e9 des apprenant(e)s en Ontario en collaborant avec les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire afin de mettre en place des parcours de transfert, de rationaliser les proc\u00e9dures de transfert de cr\u00e9dits et de faciliter la transition vers le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":14591,"template":"","capabilities":[263,264],"populations":[285],"publication_types":[],"publication_themes":[],"policy_area":[292,293,310,320],"class_list":["post-14590","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","capabilities-sciences-des-donnees","capabilities-recherches-en-matiere-de-politique","populations-eleves-etudiants","policy_area-education-postsecondaire","policy_area-apprentissage-des-adultes","policy_area-accessibilite-et-persistance","policy_area-marche-du-travail-des-diplomes"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
