Ce projet utilise le mentorat comme outil pour favoriser l\u2019inclusion et soutenir le changement syst\u00e9mique. Il est financ\u00e9 par Femmes et \u00c9galit\u00e9 des genres Canada (FEGC).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment central de ce projet est l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une trousse d&rsquo;outils bilingues compl\u00e8te, con\u00e7ue dans l&rsquo;optique de l&rsquo;ACS+, afin d&rsquo;aider les organisations \u00e0 renforcer leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir, mettre en \u0153uvre et \u00e9valuer des programmes de mentorat inclusifs. Le mat\u00e9riel de formation destin\u00e9 aux mentors vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur compr\u00e9hension des obstacles syst\u00e9miques auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les femmes et les personnes issues de la diversit\u00e9 des genres et \u00e0 les outiller pour qu&rsquo;ils agissent en tant qu\u2019agents du changement. En outre, le projet fournit des ressources aux mentor\u00e9s pour les aider \u00e0 tirer pleinement parti des avantages de leurs relations de mentorat. Enfin, les activit\u00e9s d\u2019engagement men\u00e9es par Mentor Canada motiveront les parties prenantes \u00e0 adopter le mentorat comme levier d\u2019inclusion dans les secteurs \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance masculine.<\/p>\n<p>La SRSA \u00e9value ce projet afin d&rsquo;explorer comment le mentorat conduit et soutient les changements syst\u00e9miques qui favorisent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des femmes et des personnes issues de la diversit\u00e9 des genres.
