Nous utilisons une m\u00e9thode mixte de collecte de donn\u00e9es pour mieux comprendre comment le financement par la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au rendement pourrait influencer les d\u00e9cisions et les soutiens des employeurs en mati\u00e8re de formation, ainsi que les r\u00e9sultats de la formation qui en d\u00e9coulent. L&rsquo;une des questions cl\u00e9s est de savoir si et comment un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au rendement pourrait att\u00e9nuer les risques, les incertitudes et les co\u00fbts d\u2019opportunit\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation sur le lieu de travail en fournissant aux PME une structure permettant de lier leur comportement et leurs d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats tangibles. Une autre question importante est de savoir si une approche de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au rendement pourrait aider les PME \u00e0 \u00e9laborer et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies de formation plus \u00e9quitables et plus inclusives, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 des employ\u00e9s d&rsquo;origines, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019apprentissage et de niveaux de comp\u00e9tences diff\u00e9rents. Enfin, nous \u00e9tudions la durabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 en nous demandant si l&rsquo;approche de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au rendement pourrait constituer une solution viable \u00e0 long terme pour encourager les PME \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes plus g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de productivit\u00e9 au
