Ce projet a examin\u00e9 les pratiques d\u2019emploi inclusives pour les personnes en situation de handicap, \u00e0 la fois de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et en particulier pour les personnes neurodivergentes. La recherche portait principalement sur la d\u00e9termination des pratiques fond\u00e9es sur des preuves et des exemples concrets que les employeurs utilisent pour soutenir les personnes neurodivergentes et les personnes en situation de handicap, ainsi que sur la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019occasions de faire progresser ces efforts.
